- Colinie Wickramaarachchi is an Assistant Lecturer attached to Business Management Department at SLIIT Business School, Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, Malabe, Sri Lanka.
- Prior to joining as an Assistant Lecturer, she worked as a Research Assistant to the AHEAD project on Persons with Visual Impairment and Blindness at SLIIT Business School, Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, Malabe, Sri Lanka from 2021/02/01 – 2022/02/01. Prior to that she has worked as a Finance Intern at Central Bank of Sri Lanka Under Bakertilly Edirisinghe and Company from 2018/11/1-2019/04/01. She has also worked as an Academic Cordinator and as an Assistant Tutor for English Elocution at International Institute of Music, Speech and Drama from 2017-2020.

- B.B.A Special (Honors) degree specialized in Business Management at SLIIT (First Class) – 2021
- Executive Diploma in Human Resource Analytics (Distinction) at Chartered Institute of Personnel Management – 2021
